What is Flow Yoga?
Flow yoga, also known as vinyasa, is the practice of synergizing breath with movement as a way of engaging dynamically with what is. It is, simply put, the practice of awareness in action: Observing what you are doing as you are doing it, what is going on as it is going on, and staying present with the sensations and feelings and thoughts and breath as they come and go. The simple act of paying attention to what comes up in practice has the effect of shifting and changing the nature of that which arises in our awareness.
