What is Power Flow Yoga?
Power Flow is a dynamic form of vinyasa yoga which involves sequenced movements blended with breath that are typically repeated and consistently built upon during the course of the class to add degrees of challenge. This type of yoga is a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness, typically, but not always, taught in a heated studio. The simple act of paying attention to what comes up in practice has the effect of shifting and changing the nature of that which arises.
