I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in 2011 with Nicole Grant (Yoga Mandala, Winchester, MA) and Jen Ryan (The Yoga Loft, Wilmington, MA) followed by additional trainings in Yin Yoga with Josh Summers and SOMA System (myofascial release) with David Vendetti (South Boston Yoga). I am grateful to all of my teachers for the gifts they have shared with me. I embrace teaching slow flow with yin as away of living with chronic illness, and aim to infuse my classes with positive vibes and invite ANY body to practice yoga with me. We are all students on the mat, ESPECIALLY us teachers 🙂
