January ~ October 2019

How often have you said out loud,”I want to deepen my yoga practice,” “I want to know more,” or “Yoga has helped me so much, I want to share my experiences with others?” Maybe you don’t want to teach, but something you can’t put your finger on has grabbed you, and you can’t quite shake this feeling that something is gently tugging at your sleeve for attention…Maybe it’s time to listen…

We bring the practice and traditional elements of yoga back into your in-depth study of yoga methodologies with Yoga Mandala’s 2019 SELF-MASTERY PROGRAM & 200-HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING. We find that having a regular yoga practice is primordial to the success of any program of self-exploration and teacher training as your practice gives you a platform from which to really delve into the methodologies and wisdom of yoga and other mindfulness practices. Our mission is to provide you with the most comprehensive and integrated approach to discovering and training in the methodology of yoga so that you can partake in an adventure of revelation that engages you on the levels of the somatic, intellectual and emotional.

This program offers a concise overview of Functional Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, Teaching & Adjustments, The Chakras, Somatics & Vinyasa Krama (wise sequencing) offered in 8 modules.
